I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Place, and it has certainly settled comfortably in my travel memory. Located near the vibrant old Portuguese city and the beach, it boasts an excellent location for exploring. The room I stayed in was spacious, with large glass sliding doors offering a mesmerizing view of the sea—perfect for watching the sunrise. Comfortable and effortlessly clean, it had everything I needed, including air conditioning and a compact yet tidy bathroom. Housekeeping was impressive; My space was treated with meticulous care throughout my stay. Though La Place offers luxury, it cleverly maintains a practical edge. The breakfast selection provided variety without veering into extravagance, and the option for in-room dining suited my preference for privacy. The staff consistently went out of their way to ensure a welcoming atmosphere—a quality I value deeply. Considering the quality of service and amenities like free Wi-Fi, accessible luggage storage, and 24-hour reception, staying here felt more than just a splurge. It was an investment in comfort and convenience.
